    West of the Wasteland Divide

During years of driving across America I have been obsessing, photographing and recording architectural facades, wide stretches of open land, mountain ranges and valleys. Back home I re-work these photos, splintering and rebuilding them into unsteady singular compositions. In turn the banal imagery transforms into symbols representing our nation's preoccupations, ethics and priorities.
